riceboxboy: Art has always been a big part of my life. Ever since I was a young boy, I’ve always been doodling and drawing. As I got older, I was introduced to different media and different ways to create art. My reason for creating my art has always been to create something that was visually pleasing and “cool” looking to people that view art like I do. My art was, and still is, inspired by the comics, cartoons, video games, and movies that I indulged in as a kid. My art utilizes repetition of figures, forms, and colors to create fun and vivid pieces. To me, art is a way to express myself as a person and to let my inner child run free, an inner child that has shaped me, in the past and present, as a person and as an artist.
